  • Google Profile Information: When you sign in via Google, we access your email address and name to manage your account and daily usage limits.

  • Uploaded Images: We process the images you upload for the sole purpose of extracting text.

Your data is used specifically for:

  • OCR Processing: To convert images into editable Bengali text.

  • Quota Management: To track your daily conversion limits (e.g., 5 free conversions per day for standard users and 500 for subscribers).

  • Service Improvement: To monitor and fix technical issues.

3. Use of Google Drive API (Disclosure)

Our application uses the Google Drive API to perform high-quality text extraction.

  • Temporary Storage: Uploaded images are temporarily stored in a secure folder within our Google Drive environment solely for processing.

  • Auto-Deletion: Crucial Note: Every file is automatically and permanently deleted from our Drive immediately after the text has been extracted and displayed to you. We do not store your images or documents permanently on our servers.

4. Data Security and Sharing

  • No Third-Party Sharing: We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information or uploaded content with any third parties.

  • Secure Environment: All data processing occurs within the secure Google Cloud and Apps Script infrastructure.

5. Third-Party Services

Our tool integrates Google Identity Services for login and Google Drive API for OCR. Use of these services is subject to the Google Privacy Policy.
